    •    All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
    •    Payment (or deposit) must be made at the time of booking to secure your place.
    •    Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where a course is cancelled by us.
    •    The remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid by the date specified in your booking confirmation.
    •    Prices are listed in GBP and may be updated without prior notice.

3. Course Attendance & Certification
    •    Students must arrive on time and attend all required training sessions to receive certification.
    •    Certificates are awarded only upon successful completion of the course and demonstration of required skills.
    •    We reserve the right to withhold certification if learning objectives or assessment standards are not met.
    •    Accredited course certificates are recognised by relevant insurance bodies (ABT) as stated in the course description.

4. Cancellations & Refunds
    •    Once booked, your place is reserved specifically for you. Cancellations or failure to attend will result in loss of payment.
    •    In the unlikely event we must cancel or reschedule a course, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.
    •    If you are unable to attend due to exceptional circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at nailsbylouiseck@gmail.com, and we will review your case individually.

5. Student Conduct & Responsibilities

We aim to create a positive, professional learning environment.
Students are expected to:
    •    Act respectfully towards staff, models, and other students.
    •    Follow all hygiene, safety, and patch testing procedures.
    •    Use products and equipment safely and responsibly.
    •    Notify us in advance of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect participation.

Failure to adhere to these standards may result in removal from the course without refund.
